Day 0 – arrive late evening
Day 1 – intro, yoga, meditation (2 hrs); coaching at Blue Hole (3 hrs)
Day 2 – yoga; coaching (2hrs); free practice
Day 3 – EITHER as day 2; OR freediving safari
Day 4 – rest day
Day 5 – yoga; coaching; free practice
Day 6 – EITHER as day 5; OR freediving safari
Day 7 – early coaching; depart
